Homemade ramen noodles are always the best, and when served in homemade broth, even better 🔥

It really doesn’t get much better than scratch-made ramen noodles. Chewy, snappy, flavorful, all the beautiful things. And the broth is really simple - just roast a bunch of veggies/aromatics, then cook them down slowly in stock to develop a deeply flavored broth. There are so many different ways of making vegan broth, but this method is one of the most reliable. Savory, subtle spice, and VERY umami 🤤
