My name’s Tony. I’m a clinical neuropsychologist living in Colorado. For the last 3 years, I’ve been making vegan food content on Instagram and TikTok. In that time, my socials pages have grown to 270k+ followers on IG and 120k+ followers on TikTok.
Bottom line, we’re here to share delicious vegan dishes anyone can make from scratch at home.
While I typically post one weekly recipe video to Instagram and TikTok, on Substack, I’ll be sharing up to 3 to 4 new recipes every week!
To get things started, I’ll be sharing with y’all some delicious recipe video content from my socials, just to give you a sense of what we’re cookin’ up.
